I have a Syrian Hamster and a mouse in the room with my snake. It has been a ridiculously dry winter and I am having a lot of trouble keeping the humidity up for my snake. I got a steam humidifier for myself and I want to run it in the pet room during the day while I am at work. It does a very good job of bringing the humidity in the room up pretty high, and bumps the temps. What I am wondering though is whether this will be harmful for the mouse and hamster since the whole room will be humidified....? Any thoughts on this?

I don't think it would be a problem. You might have to keep a closer eye on the bedding and possibly change it more often. There are times my snake room will get up to 50-60% humidity when snakes are shedding or its the spring or summer.
What kind of snake do you have and what type of enclosure do you keep him in?
